New App Update

This new app update requires all members to update their email addresses and phone numbers when logging in for the first time after the update. This is especially important for members who previously used Facebook, Google, or Apple ID to log in. By updating this information, we aim to enhance our ability to serve you better. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to improve user experience and provide better services.

Important: Please do not create a new Bites account if you already have an existing one. We are unable to sync or transfer Bites points or vouchers between accounts. For assistance, please contact us at contactus@thefoodpurveyor.com.

The Bites app currently supports Android - Build 8 and above. Unfortunately, the app is not compatible with Huawei devices at this time. An internet connection is required when logging in to the Bites App.

• Q1: I logged into the Bites App using Facebook or Google previously. What should I do now?

Step 1: Choose the login option for Facebook/Google or select 'Others' for Apple ID.

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Facebook or Google account and click ‘NEXT’.

Step 3: You will receive a ‘Bites by The Food Purveyor - Reset Password’ email from us. Follow the link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.

Step 4: Relaunch the Bites app and log in using your email address and the new password you created. Your points and e-vouchers will remain unaffected.

• Q2: I logged into the Bites App using Apple ID previously. What should I do now?

Follow the steps outlined above under Q1, selecting the 'Others' option for Apple ID.

• Q3: I see ‘Error Code: 500’. What should I do?

Follow the guidance provided for resolving 'Error Code: 500' by checking and verifying your email address used for registration.

• Q4: I logged into Bites App using an email address previously. What should I do now?

After updating the Bites App, you will need to log in again using your password. If you encounter any issues, such as forgetting your password, refer to the steps provided above or contact us for assistance.
